Training for sprint racing

From KayakWiki

This page offers advice for training exercises and methods specific to sprint racing.

When Kayakers are training, they usually are going up to 20 miles a day. Though it seems like a ton, it really doesn't seem like it. Olympic level kayakers, will do weights, and abs exercises, and then paddle for as long as they can and then back.
