This is the Disambig Template.

The Disambiguation template is used to identify pages that disambiguate terms. Disambiguation means to remove ambiguity - to clarify the difference between uses of the same word in different contexts.

For example, the word line has several uses in kayaking. Line can mean a rope, a means of moving a canoe or kayak through whitewater or a path through whitewater, among other things. Rather than put all definitions in a single page, create a page for each usage and give it a unique name, then create a disambig page.
