Sparc

I purchased a demo Sparc in 2000 when I first started kayaking, it had been used for one season. The name stands for Small Person's All River Craft, contrary to it's big brother the Arc (All River Craft). The Sparc is for lighter-weight people (up to 75 kgs). I would classify this boat as a beginner-intermediate boat- it will allow you to learn the fundamentals in a stable white-water kayak, and it will allow you to play at surfing, manouvering. etc. It also tracks well. I highly recommend it as a great boat for beginners that will be useful into the more intermediate stages of white-water kayaking.
