Where?: Tributary of L'Adour near Bagneres-de-Bigorre. Drive out of Bigorre on the D935 south and head up a little track to the village of Lesponne.
Put in: Put in at Lesponne or further downstream if there is not sufficent water here.
Approx length: Up to 6 km
Major hazards: Medium/Low Tree Hazard and weir under the D935 roadbridge
Description:
A continious snow-melt run with rapids approaching Class IV. In particular one under a small wooden bridge 1/2 way down the river.
Hitchiking to do the shuttle is probably a bad idea in this area.
